Raj R. Halker, M.D.
Dr. Halker received his medical degree from Bangalore Medical College in Bangalore, India. His Internship and Residency were completed at Michigan State University in Kalamazoo, Michigan followed by a Clinical Fellowship in Nephrology with Interventional Nephrology training at Saint Louis University and John Cochran VA Hospital in Saint Louis, Missouri. Dr. Halker also graduated with a Master of Public Health (MPH) in Epidemiology from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in Birmingham, Alabama.
Dr. Halker is Board Certified in both Internal Medicine and Nephrology by the American Board of Internal Medicine. He is licensed to practice medicine in Texas and Missouri.
Dr. Halker is a member of the Texas Medical Association, Tarrant County Medical Society, the American Society of Nephrology, the American Society of Diagnostic and Interventional Nephrology and the Renal Physicians Association.
