Dr. Khan received her medical degree from the University of Kansas School of Medicine in Wichita Kansas. Her Internal Medicine Residency was completed at the University of Kansas School of Medicine and affiliated hospitals followed by a Fellowship in Nephrology at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in Dallas Texas.

 Abdul Hafeez M.D.

Dr. Hafeez received his medical degree from the DOW Medical College in Karachi Pakistan. His Internship and Residency were completed at the State University of New York at Buffalo in Buffalo New York followed by a Clinical Nephrology Fellowship and Gerontology Fellowship at Rush Presbyterian-St. Lukes Medical Center in Chicago Illinois.

Dr. Hafeez is Board Certified in both Internal Medicine and Nephrology by the American Board of Internal Medicine. He is licensed to practice medicine in Texas and Illinois.

 Shane W. Kennedy M.D.

Dr. Kennedy received his medical degree from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in Dallas Texas. His Internship Residency and Clinical Fellowship in Nephrology were completed at Vanderbilt University School of Medicine in Nashville Tennessee.

Sandeep K. Shori D.O.

Dr. Shori received his medical degree from the Western University of Health Sciences in California. He did graduate clinical research at the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA) in Critical Care Medicine and Emergency Medicine under the Father of Critical Care Medicine Dr. William Shoemaker. He then completed his Internal Medicine residency at the University of Southern California (USC) Medical Center in Los Angeles California followed by a Clinical Fellowship in Nephrology at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas Texas.

Dr. Shori is Board Certified in both Internal Medicine and Nephrology and a member of the Texas Medical Association Tarrant County Medical Society the American Society of Nephrology American College of Physicians and the American Osteopathic Association.

Dr. Shori serves as both the Chief Of Medicine and Medical Director of Dialysis at Baylor All Saints Medical Center and is Associate Professor of Medicine at the University of North Texas Health Sciences Center. He is active in teaching medical students and residents.

 

 

 Raj R. Halker M.D.

Dr. Halker received his medical degree from Bangalore Medical College in Bangalore India. His Internship and Residency were completed at Michigan State University in Kalamazoo Michigan followed by a Clinical Fellowship in Nephrology with Interventional Nephrology training at Saint Louis University and John Cochran VA Hospital in Saint Louis Missouri. Dr. Sidhu received his medical degree from Government Medical College in India. His Internship and Residency were completed at Methodist Dallas Medical Center in Dallas Texas. His Clinical Fellowship in Nephrology was completed at Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center Shreveport Louisiana. Dr. Sidhu is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and is Board Eligible in Nephrology.

 Yan Yang M.D.

Dr. Yang received her medical degree from Xiangya Medical School in China in 1997. She then did her Nephrology and Transplant Nephrology Fellowship at the University of Michigan. Dr. Yang joined Dialysis Associates in 2014.

 

Dr. Yang is Board Certified in Nephrology Transplant Nephrology and Internal Medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine and is the Medical Director of the Transplant Program at Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital. She is licensed to practice medicine in Texas.
